At Ashworth, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new attire isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided at the end of the portal process and securely package your items.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Affix the label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized shipping location or carrier drop-box near you.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
